Why is your website saying it cannot ship to my USA address?Updated 7 months ago

We can ship all over the USA & Canada (excluding Quebec) so if there is any address coming up with an error that we cannot ship there, please read below and reformat the items in your cart.

If you are having issues ordering and the website is saying your order cannot be shipped to the shipping address provided, generally, this would be because you have coffee subscription items in the cart on different order frequencies, for example, some coffee every 2 weeks, and some coffee every 4 weeks. (this would cause two subscriptions, and a subscription can only have one frequency)

This can cause a shipping address error, though the actual problem is that the cart items are not compatible.

Or it could be subscription coffee item with a one-time purchase item like a mug or canister, that can also cause the shipping address error.

If you can take a look at your cart items, to clarify these 2 issues, you should then be able to order.

If that does not resolve it, please email Customer Service letting us know what items you are ordering, a screenshot would be best!
