We use the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% chemical free method that gently removes caffeine while preserving the rich flavor of your coffee.
Here’s how it works:
Green coffee beans are cleaned and soaked.
They’re immersed in Green Coffee Extract (GCE), which naturally draws out the caffeine through diffusion.
Once 99.9% of the caffeine is removed, the beans are dried and packaged.
The GCE is filtered to remove caffeine and reused for the next batch.
This process ensures you enjoy full bodied, flavorful decaf coffee without chemicals.
