When a customer asks how do I delay my next subscription order?Updated 18 days ago

If you’d like your next order to arrive later than scheduled, you can delay the delivery from your Danger Coffee account.

To delay your next order:

1. Log in to your Account Homepage

2. Go to Subscriptions and click Manage Next Order

3. Click the Delay Date icon (look for the clock icon)

4. A confirmation pop up will appear with the following options:

   • Delay 1 week

   • Delay 2 weeks

   • Delay 3 weeks

   • Set Custom Date (pick a specific date from a calendar)

The pop up will also show when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm the delay.
