Can you cancel my subscription order that already processed?Updated 7 months ago

To cancel a subscription order that already processed, you will need to contact Customer Service.

If we are able to cancel it we will, however it depends on the amount of time that has passed since your order processed, after order changes cannot be guaranteed.

It is best to stay tuned to your Subscription emails and make changes or modifications to your order before the processing dates.

We recommend logging in to your account every month or so to make any changes and/or checking your email for any communications about your subscription. This ensures no orders get shipped without your knowledge.

You'll receive an email 5 days prior to your next order, so that is a good time to make your changes.
